How To Order

Provide the following by email, fax, or telephone:
- The 12 digit number for each UPC. We will calculate the 12th (check) digit if desired.
- Optional text for each UPC up to 16 characters
- Quantity of labels for each UPC
- Shipping address and contact information
- Credit card information, if not already on file. Please do not email credit card details. Send by phone or fax only.

Shipping $6.95 for less than 3,000 labels, $11.95 for 3,000 or more labels
